We are delighted to announce that alongside the main contractor we have recently completed the M&E installation of this brand-new Tim Hortons Drive Thru & Restaurant at Penrith. Our M&E teams have taken our own initial design and successfully completed the full install.  Including all works to provide Air Conditioning & Heat Recovery ventilation throughout front of house & food preparation areas.  All associated mechanical plant & equipment has been fitted to a raised deck feeding all sanitaryware & equipment with hot/cold water services and supply/extract air. Our electrical team completed the install of electrical services, lighting & power throughout, including the impressive external Tim Horton branded signage.  We have really enjoyed working as part of such a great team on this amazing project.
