As a requirement of many local authorities and to ensure sustainability, we have had to incorporate a state-of-the-art water saving system with this install, meeting the requirements set out by BREEAM. The air conditioning has been serviced/replaced throughout ensuring the highest of standards. New power, Data, HVAC controls and fire alarm systems have been installed throughout and certified by our skilled NICEIC electrical engineers.
