Into M&E Solutions have just completed the refurbishment of one of East London’s largest Funeral care homes.  The works consisted of the full M&E installation including HVAC, HCWS, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems. The project was carried out over four phases allowing the business to continue trading throughout.   Our highly skilled mechanical team have installed new air conditioning in multiple areas & new clean and dirty ventilation systems comprising several air handling units which interfaced with Daikin heat pumps. In addition to this and as part of the scheme, we have installed new boosted hot and cold-water systems throughout the mortuary & office areas supplying brand new high spec sanitaryware and state of the art mortuary equipment. Our team of NICEC electrical contractors completed the mains change, along with new lighting and emergency lighting.  This refurbishment was completed in a 16-week period, all the electrical and mechanical services are controlled by a brand new BMS system which allows the end user complete control of all services and notifies of any faults within the system.
